In July 2017, Spirit installed PV arrays over four plots for Millgate Homes in Winchester. Together the system consists of 46 Viridian 250W panels, giving a total peak output of 11.5kWp. As these were new build properties, the panels could be integrated with the roofs, resulting in a flush and stylish design.
Since the installation qualified for Feed-in and Export Tariffs, the total savings amount to an estimated £1,517 a year.
