Hi! I’m Galad, and I’ve been in the solar industry since January 2023, joining Spirit Energy’s Technical Support and Service team in October 2024. My background is in Biomedical Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick – not the most obvious route into renewables, but it gave me a love for problem-solving and and getting hands-on with technology.. Now, I get to use those skills every day to make sure our customers’ solar and battery systems run smoothly, helping them get the most from their investment in clean energy. I enjoy being in a job where I can help people while working with tech that’s shaping a greener future. Outside of work you’ll usually find me playing football or in the gym – I like to think it keeps me quick enough to respond to any support ticket.
