I'm Lucy, and I recently joined Spirit Energy in technical support, helping make sure customers get sorted quickly whenever something needs troubleshooting on their solar or battery system. I like getting to the bottom of a problem and actually explaining it in a way that makes sense, rather than just reading off a script.
Away from work, my interests are a genuinely strange combination. I have an unshakeable fondness for Minions — will happily watch all the films back to back given the chance. I'm also, somewhat improbably, self-taught in balloon folding, so if you ever need an emergency balloon dog, giraffe, or vaguely dog-shaped sword at short notice, I'm your person. My one ongoing frustration is that balloons have an infuriating habit of popping at the worst possible moment, which I choose to take as a personal insult rather than basic physics.
