Phil migrated to Spirit from Ian's previous business Primrose.co.uk. He was Head of Customer Service there, and he now oversees some of our operations as well as the warehouse. Phil is the second generation of the Chester family to work with Ian. His dad, Stuart, was one of the first people to join Primrose, and his eldest son, Jack, also works in the office. You'll mainly find Phil on the forklift or working out the most efficient routes for our drivers to take.
