I'm Tom! I joined Spirit Energy in 2024, starting out as a video editor before moving into a business development role in the marketing team. These days I spend a lot of my time crunching data, tracking new products and trends, and making sure the team has the knowledge to stay ahead in such a fast-moving industry.
I’m a quick learner with a knack for breaking down tricky ideas and explaining them clearly, which is a big part of what I enjoy about the job. Right now I’m especially fascinated by the future of solar tiles and wall-mounted solar panels.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing and watching football, but I’m usually watching films (French cinema is a favourite), or reading philosophy (I'm currently working my way through Kafka's works). I also love experimenting in the kitchen with unusual foods, kangaroo was probably the strangest, and definitely the chewiest.
