In February 2020, Spirit retrofitted a 4.2kWp roof-integrated PV system for our technical sales advisor, Mark.
Our installers stripped off the existing slate tiles to attach GSE mounting frames to the roof battens. They then slotted in the 12 SunPower modules. Together the in roof mounting and high efficiency panels will maximise solar generation from the south-facing roofspace. It also gives a sleek, elegant finish in keeping with the modern terrace.
The system is expected to generate 4,242kWh. In the near future, Mark hopes to switch to an electric car which he can charge up on solar.
